  • 1 tablespoon canola oil
Topping
  • 4 tablespoons agave
  • 2 tablespoons powdered sugar
  • 2 tablespoons cinnamon

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 350 degrees F.
  2. In a bowl, mix together the almond flour, powdered sugar, all purpose flour, oats, baking soda, baking powder, salt, cinnamon and allspice.
  3. Add in the eggs, vanilla and canola oil and mix well.
  4. Add 12 cupcake liners to the muffin pan.
  5. If you would like the donut holes larger, roll the dough into 12 balls. If you would like the donut holes smaller, roll the dough in 24 balls.
  6. Bake for 15 minutes, or until golden brown.
  7. Meanwhile, add 2 tablespoons of powdered sugar and 2 tablespoons of cinnamon into a small bowl. Add 4 tablespoons of agave into a separate bowl. Set aside.
  8. Once the donut holes are out of the oven, roll the donut hole in the agave and then into the powdered sugar/cinnamon. Place back in the muffin tin and let cool.
  9. Repeat with the rest of the donut holes.
