Heavenly Cinnamon Sugar Donut Holes

Ingredients
Batter
- 1 cup almond flour
- 1/2 cup powdered sugar
- 1/4 cup all purpose flour
- 1 1/4 cup old fashioned oats
- 1/2 teaspoon baking soda
- 1/2 teaspoon baking powder
- 1/8 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 teaspoon cinnamon
- 1/2 teaspoon allspice
- 2 eggs
- 1 teaspoon vanilla
- 1 tablespoon canola oil
Topping
- 4 tablespoons agave
- 2 tablespoons powdered sugar
- 2 tablespoons cinnamon
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350 degrees F.
- In a bowl, mix together the almond flour, powdered sugar, all purpose flour, oats, baking soda, baking powder, salt, cinnamon and allspice.
- Add in the eggs, vanilla and canola oil and mix well.
- Add 12 cupcake liners to the muffin pan.
- If you would like the donut holes larger, roll the dough into 12 balls. If you would like the donut holes smaller, roll the dough in 24 balls.
- Bake for 15 minutes, or until golden brown.
- Meanwhile, add 2 tablespoons of powdered sugar and 2 tablespoons of cinnamon into a small bowl. Add 4 tablespoons of agave into a separate bowl. Set aside.
- Once the donut holes are out of the oven, roll the donut hole in the agave and then into the powdered sugar/cinnamon. Place back in the muffin tin and let cool.
- Repeat with the rest of the donut holes.
