No Bake Tahini Chocolate Chip Cookie Dough Bars

Ingredients
Tahini Cookie Dough
- 1 cup Bob's Paleo Flour
- 1/4 cup powdered sugar
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 teaspoon cinnamon
- 1/4 teaspoon allspice
- 2 tablespoons unrefined coconut oil, melted
- 1/2 cup tahini
- 2 tablespoons vanilla extract
- 1.75 ounces 85% chocolate bar
Chocolate Glaze
- 75 ounces 85% chocolate bar
- 2 tablespoons unrefined coconut oil
Instructions
Tahini Cookie Dough
- In a bowl, mix paleo flour, powdered sugar, salt, cinnamon and allspice together.
- In a separate bowl, melt coconut oil.
- Add tahini and vanilla to melted coconut oil. Mix until well incorporated.
- Add the wet mixture to the dry mixture and stir until well incorporated.
- Roughly chop the chocolate bar and add it to the dough. Mix well.
- Line an 8x8 inch pan with parchment paper.
- Add the dough to the pan and spread evenly.
Chocolate Glaze
- Add coconut oil and chocolate to a bowl and heat in the microwave until melted, heating in 30 second increments.
- Pour the chocolate mixture over the dough and spread evenly.
- Place in the freezer until set, about 2 hours.
- Cut and enjoy!
- Pro Tip: These bars are wonderful left in the freezer.
