Three Seed Bread

Add some pump to your step with this energy-packed three seed bread!
Ingredients:
Bread Batter
- 1 cup buckwheat flour
- 1 1/4 cups almond flour
- 1 tbsp baking powder
- 1 tsp salt
- 3 eggs
- 1 1/2 cups oat milk (or preferred milk)
- 6 tbsp vegetable oil
- 1 tbsp honey
- 2 tbsp chia seeds
- 2 tbsp sunflower seeds
- 2 tbsp hemp seeds
Topping (optional)
- 1 tbsp chia seeds
- 1 tbsp sunflower seeds
- 1 tbsp hemp seeds
Instructions:
How to cook Three Seed Bread
- Preheat the oven to 350 degrees.
- In a large bowl, mix the dry ingredients - buckwheat flour, almond flour, baking powder, salt, chia seeds, sunflower seeds and hemp seeds.
- In another bowl, mix the wet ingredients - eggs, milk, vegetable oil and honey.
- Add the dry ingredients to the wet ingredients. Stir until incorporated.
- Grease a 9x13 inch bread pan.
- Add the batter to the bread pan.
- Sprinkle the topping ingredients (chia seeds, sunflower seeds and hemp seeds) across the top of the bread. Lightly press down into the batter to ensure the topping will bake into the bread.
- Bake the bread at 350 degrees for 30-45 minutes, or until cooked.
- Slice and enjoy!
